When you request a strategy session through our booking form, you voluntarily provide:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Business or organization name
- Project objective and selected session date/time
If you choose to pay a kickoff deposit, payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — we never see, store, or process your card numbers on this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and confirm your 15-minute strategy session (including dispatching Google Meet links and calendar invitations)
- To prepare a flat-rate project proposal tailored to your stated objective
- To respond to your inquiries and provide ongoing project communication
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted processors to operate this site:
- Web3Forms — delivers your booking request to our inbox by email
- Stripe — processes kickoff deposits and payments under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS certification
- Google Fonts — serves website typography (receives standard request data such as your IP address)
- Google Meet / Google Calendar — hosts scheduled strategy sessions
5. Browser Storage
This site stores a small record of your booking request and a rate-limit timestamp in your own browser's local storage to prevent duplicate spam submissions. This data never leaves your device automatically and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
Booking correspondence is retained only as long as needed to fulfill your request and maintain our business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
8. Your Rights & Choices

9. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
