1. Who We Are
Kenetiq Code ("we," "us," or "our") is a bespoke web and software studio based in Warner Robins, Georgia, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
2. Information We Collect
When you request a strategy session through our booking form, you voluntarily provide:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Business or organization name
- Project objective and selected session date/time
If you choose to pay a kickoff deposit, payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. We never see, store, or process your credit card numbers on this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and confirm your 15-minute strategy session (including dispatching Google Meet links and calendar invitations)
- To prepare a flat rate project proposal tailored to your stated objective
- To respond to your inquiries and provide ongoing project communication
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Third Party Service Providers
We use a small number of vetted processors to operate our digital architecture and client services:
- Supabase: Provides encrypted database storage (with PostgreSQL Row Level Security) and secure client authentication (OAuth).
- Stripe: Processes kickoff deposits and payments under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
- Google (Meet, Calendar, Fonts): Serves typography and hosts scheduled strategy sessions.
- Microsoft Azure Entra: Optional one click single sign-on authentication provider.
5. Browser Storage & Cookies
We use strictly necessary authentication storage to maintain signed-in client access. We also keep a short-lived, non-identifying availability cache and the reference number of your most recent booking in local browser storage. Contact details and project requests are stored on the server, not in local browser storage. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or invasive cross site tracking cookies.
6. AI & Automated Decision-Making Disclosure (Colorado SB 26-189 & EU AI Act)
Kenetiq Code utilizes AI development and communication assistants for technical research, meeting preparation, and drafting proposals. We do not use Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) to make final, consequential, legal, or high-stakes decisions regarding clients. All client proposals, engineering scopes, contracts, and communications are reviewed, approved, and delivered by human engineers. Client data is never used to train public foundational AI models without explicit opt in consent.
7. Data Retention & 10 Point Privacy Data Map
- What data we collect: Contact info (name, email, phone, business) and project specifications.
- Lawful basis: Contractual necessity to deliver services and legitimate business interest.
- Storage & Encryption: Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3/HSTS) and encrypted at rest in isolated Supabase/PostgreSQL clusters.
- Retention: Active client records retained for the duration of the engagement; inactive consultation records deleted upon request.
- Portability & Export: Clients may request a complete JSON/CSV export of their session history at any time.
- Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with data brokers.
8. Your Rights, Choices & Erasure
Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and 2026 US state privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Utah), you have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal information. To submit an erasure or data export request, email legal@kenetiqcode.com. We process all verified requests within 30 days.
9. Security & Encryption
All website traffic is strictly enforced over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS). All database tables are protected by multi-tenant Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
