Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 15, 2026 • Last Updated: September 20, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any engagement with Kenetiq Code ("we," "us," or "our"), a web and software studio based in Warner Robins, Georgia, USA. By using this site, requesting a consultation, or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We build websites and connected workflows for service businesses and churches. Custom portals, integrations, giving infrastructure, and streaming automation require separate scope. Each engagement has a written proposal defining deliverables, price, and responsibilities. No project work begins without your approval. Existing signed agreements remain governed by their agreed terms.

Appointment scheduling is included only when the written proposal names it and states the appointment type, platform, account, and availability limits. Staff dispatch, crew or vehicle availability, route planning, payment collection, recurring appointments, and custom scheduling portals require separate scope unless the proposal expressly includes them.

3. Quotes, Deposits & Payment

  • Published packages apply to their listed scope; your signed proposal confirms the final price and deliverables.
  • For fixed website packages, payment is 50% to schedule, 25% at approved staging, and 25% before launch. Custom projects have their own agreed milestones.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
  • Fixed website packages include two revision rounds. Scope changes require an approved additional quote. Third-party subscriptions, processing fees, and usage charges are separate.
  • The $750 Workflow Blueprint is credited toward a qualifying custom project booked within 30 days. Eligibility is agreed in writing before purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before engineering work has begun. Once work has begun, deposits are non refundable, as they reserve dedicated engineering time. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the undelivered work.

5. Timelines

Your proposal sets a delivery schedule based on scope, integrations, content readiness, and availability. That schedule begins once the required payment, content, and access are received. Delays in client materials or approvals may extend the timeline.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and timely feedback during review windows.
  • Ensure you own or have rights to all content (text, images, logos) you supply to us.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any staging URLs or credentials we provide.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your proposal identifies the deliverables transferred after final payment, account and data access, and any reusable components or third-party licenses. We provide a documented handoff and obtain permission before displaying your identity or materials in our portfolio. Third-party services remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Third Party Services

Delivered systems may rely on third party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, YouTube, Meta, Google, Resend). Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and you are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with them after handoff.

9. Warranties & Liability

We warrant that deliverables will substantially match the approved proposal and will make reasonable efforts to correct defects reported within 30 days of launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the total fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outages caused by third party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Ongoing Care

Website care is optional and month to month. Each plan defines its hosting limits, maintenance coverage, and any response target. Included change hours expire monthly; new features are separately quoted. Approved additional work is $125 per hour. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Eastern. Response targets cover acknowledgment, not guaranteed resolution or 24/7 staffing. Third-party charges are separate. Operational systems require an agreed maintenance owner before launch.
